Return Window
· You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
· Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
· Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
· You must provide a valid receipt or order number.
· For beauty products, we can only accept returns if the product is sealed and unused.
Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
· Customized or personalized items
· Final Sale or promotional gift items marked as "Final Sale"
Shipping Fees
· If the return is due to a defective item, wrong item sent, or delayed delivery, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
· If returning due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong color), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
· Shipping charges, gift wrapping, and other service fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
· Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
· If you're still unhappy after an exchange, we’re sorry, but further refunds or exchanges won’t be possible.
· Please contact our customer service via email before returning any item to receive the correct return address and approval.
Refunds
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Shipping and service fees will not be included in the refund.

Gift Orders
· If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit (gift points) of equal value.
· If the gift was purchased by someone else, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Instructions
· Do not send returns to the address printed on the packaging.
· Use a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number to ensure your return arrives safely.
· If you choose a non-trackable service and the package gets lost, we cannot take responsibility.
