Shipping Fees
· If the return is due to a defective item, wrong item sent, or delayed delivery, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
· If returning due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong color), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
· Shipping charges, gift wrapping, and other service fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
· Exchanges are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective.
· If you're still unhappy after an exchange, we’re sorry, but further refunds or exchanges won’t be possible.

Gift Orders
· If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer store credit (gift points) of equal value.
